  • Absolutely! With Timeless Tots, your child/ren will have constant, attentive supervision throughout ceremony and reception; whenever you need us, we will be there!

  • Wherever you are comfortable with! We would love to host your child at the ceremony, reception, hotel, etc.

    We will have a nanny camera present for each event for evidence purpose when needed (your child will not be broadcasted anywhere unless preferred)

  • Infants, toddlers, and older children!

  • You can come grab your child or hangout whenever! We have no strict policy!! We would love for you to come visit whenever :)

  • Yes! I actually work full time at a daycare in Michigan! I have all my trainings and background check completed! This includes CPR and First Aid!

    My employees will also be required to be CPR certified

  • Nothing! If your child has an allergy; we would need allergy form/paper. If infant/toddler; bottles, diapers, and pacifiers help! Otherwise, we have all activities/ books/ and crafts covered

  • Yes of course!

    I will always leave it up to the family to exchange numbers to send updates/pictures of your child while you are away!

  • I am running the business through Michigan’s Standards! This means:

    • Birth to 30 months: 1 caregiver per 4 children (maximum 12 children per group).

    • 30 months to 3 years: 1 caregiver per 8 children (maximum 16 children per group).

    • 3 years to 4 years: 1 caregiver per 10 children (maximum 30 children per group).

    • 4 years to school-age: 1 caregiver per 12 children (maximum 36 children per group).

    • School-agers: 1 caregiver per 18 children

    For example; I will take no more than 4 birth to 30 month children. If you have more, I will come with an employee that you will get an about me for!!

  • If you opt out of paying directly on the site; I offer cash, Venmo, or check!

Important Safety & Transparency Policy Update

At Timeless Tots Wedding Care, the safety and well-being of every child is always our top priority.

For all events, a nanny camera will be present in the event area. This is used strictly for safety, supervision, and professional purposes.

To maintain full transparency, all families will be required to sign a video monitoring consent form prior to or on the day of the event. This form can be completed in advance via PDF or signed in person before event begins.

Video footage is handled with care and confidentiality. In the event of a concern, families may request access to footage for review.
