Hello! My name is Melanie (Mel) Graham, and I am currently a lead toddler teacher at a daycare in Michigan, working full-time with children ages 1–2. I have loved children for as long as I can remember; ever since I was able to talk, I have always loved the idea of caring for them, feeding them, and helping with their bedtime routines. Working with toddlers every day has only strengthened that passion, and I truly enjoy the hands-on care, patience, and connection that comes with this stage of early childhood.

I also have a strong love for lesson planning, event planning, and bringing ideas to life in meaningful and fun ways for children. After thinking for quite some time, I finally took the leap into creating the perfect business that combines my experience and passion. Right now, I am running this business solo, but I have big goals for the future and hope to grow it into something that includes employees! I am excited for what this journey holds and look forward to seeing it develop and grow over time.
